Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a lawyer, politician, and founder of Pakistan. Jinnah served as the leader of the All-India Muslim League from 1913 until Pakistan's creation on 14 August 1947, and then as Pakistan's first Governor-General until his death. He is revered in Pakistan as Quaid-i-Azam and Baba-i-Qaum.

Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan was a Pakistani vocalist and musician, primarily a singer of Qawwali, a form of Sufi Islamic devotional music. Widely considered one of the greatest voices ever recorded, he possessed an extraordinary range of vocal abilities and could perform at a high level of intensity for several hours. Khan is widely credited with introducing Qawwali music to international audiences. He is popularly known as "Shehnshah-e-Qawwali", meaning "The King of Kings of Qawwali".

Saadat Hasan Manto was a Pakistani writer, playwright and author born in Ludhiana, British India. His best short stories are held in high esteem by writers and critics. Manto was known to write about the hard truths of society that no one dared to talk about.

Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani activist for female education and the youngest Nobel Prize laureate. She is known for human rights advocacy, especially the education of women and children in her native Swat Valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northwest Pakistan.
